We're seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-focused Demi Chef de Partie to support the SOURCE kitchen brigade. This role is ideal for a Commis Chef or Junior Chef looking to take the next step in their career within a Michelin-starred environment. You'll assist in the preparation and delivery of dishes, learn advanced techniques, and gain valuable experience while working closely with senior chefs who are passionate about mentoring and development.
🍽️ Your Role as Demi Chef De Partie:
Assists in the smooth running of an allocated section during preparation and service.
Prepares, cooks, and presents dishes to the high standards expected within a Michelin-starred kitchen.
Supports Chef de Parties and senior chefs with daily prep, service, and menu execution.
Maintains exceptional standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
Learns and develops technical skills through hands-on experience and coaching from experienced chefs.
Works collaboratively with the wider brigade to ensure efficient and professional kitchen operations.
Contributes positively to the calm, disciplined, and supportive culture that defines SOURCE.
🎓 What You Bring:
Previous experience as a Commis Chef, Demi Chef de Partie, or similar role within a quality-led kitchen.
A genuine passion for food, ingredients, and culinary excellence.
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced chefs.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation.
Ambition to develop your career within fine dining and Michelin-standard hospitality.
