Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager
Experience: 8+ years in Finance & Accounts with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A).
- Manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, corporate governance, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business expansion.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
- Lead fundraising, banking relationships, and investor reporting when required.
- Oversee internal controls, risk management, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Guide and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive profitability and growth.
Skills & Requirements:
- Qualified CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proven track record in financial leadership, preferably in project-based or design/construction industries.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
