The WORKING SUPERVISOR is responsible to plan, direct, coordinate and ensure execution of all work related to the EMCOR Facilities Services (EMCOR) scope responsibility at the site is tracked, completed and recorded in the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The WORKING SUPERVISOR will ensure the client's expectations, site KPI’s and EMCOR goals are achieved. WORKING SUPERVISOR will develop action plans and Root Cause Analysis to correct all issues or underperforming services at the site.
