About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and learning the fundamentals of HR operations in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Post job openings and screen candidate profiles.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Track and maintain attendance and leave records.
Assist in organising employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Coordinate with employees to address HR-related queries and requirements.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
What We’re Looking For
BBA, MBA (HR), or any relevant degree.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
