Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Cross-Border Payments, Cash Operations, and Private Banking to support client service teams within Asset & Wealth Management.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle payment investigations, escalations, and client requests in a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing money transfers and cross-border payment requests.
Handle payment inquiries, wire investigations, escalations, and transaction-related issues.
Maintain accurate client, account, and transaction data.
Resolve complex client queries while ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
Participate in UAT testing, process improvement initiatives, and special projects.
Support and guide new joiners and team members.
Follow risk, control, and compliance procedures to safeguard client assets.
Mandatory Skills
✅ Cross-Border Payments experience
✅ Core Cash Operations / Payments Processing
✅ Wire Transfers and Payment Investigations
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication
✅ Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
