Since our team in Croatia is growing, we need support with everyday administrative tasks in our Office Management and HR departments, with the opportunity to learn new things, develop your skills, and grow professionally.
Set things in motion.
Performing front desk duties and welcoming visitors
Taking care of day-to-day office operations
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
Communicating with the landlord regarding general office matters
Managing the creation, activation, and deactivation of access cards as part of the onboarding and offboarding processes
Managing and maintaining the visitor list in accordance with GDPR requirements
Supporting the administration of the company vehicle fleet, including registrations, servicing, and maintenance
Coordinating the ordering of equipment and supplies for employees through internal services
Providing administrative and operational support to the local HR team

Active student with valid student contract
Availability to work through a student contract for at least one year
Excellent verbal and written communication in Croatian and English
Ability to work 30 hours per week
Availability to work during office core hours (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
