About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst to help lead our cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, third-party risk, audit, and policy programs. This is an exciting opportunity to drive enterprise-wide security initiatives, partner with stakeholders across the organization, and mentor junior team members while further developing your leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cybersecurity risk assessments and risk management activities across the organization.
Manage third-party cyber risk assessments and supplier security reviews.
Support and lead SOX, audit, compliance, and customer security assessment activities.
Develop, maintain, and enhance cybersecurity policies, standards, and governance processes.
Monitor remediation efforts and validate the effectiveness of security controls.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for GRC processes, automation, reporting, and metrics.
Develop executive-level and management-level cyber risk reporting and dashboards.
Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to Analyst I and Analyst II team members.
Partner with IT, Information Security, Legal, Privacy, Audit, Procurement, and business stakeholders globally to support security and compliance objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, IT Audit, Information Security, or Third-Party Risk Management.
Proven experience leading risk assessments, audits, compliance reviews, or security governance initiatives.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC, Privacy frameworks, and Customer Security Assessments.
Experience working with GRC platforms such as AuditBoard, ServiceNow, OnSpring, or similar tools.
Previous mentoring, team lead, or supervisory experience.
Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or equivalent are a plus.
