AI Platform Architect

Responsibilities:
Design and maintain AI solution and integration architectures, ensuring seamless connectivity between AI platforms and the enterprise landscape (e.g., core business systems, data sources, APIs, and identity/security services).
Develop the AI platform roadmap, translating business requirements into target architectures, solution designs, and phased implementation plans.
Own and manage the Langdock AI platform, including architecture, administration, governance, and lifecycle management.
Define and maintain AI platform standards, policies, security controls, and operating models.
Consult and support Business Groups in identifying, planning, architecting, and integrating AI use cases into their existing processes and systems.
Lead and deliver group-wide AI initiatives.
Evaluate new AI technologies and define strategic recommendations for enterprise adoption.
Drive user adoption through enablement, best practices, and stakeholder engagement.
Manage platform vendors and external partners.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in IT architecture, platform ownership, or enterprise technology services.
Hands-on experience governing and operating enterprise AI platforms in a large enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and enterprise architecture.
Experience managing cross-functional and international projects.
Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Willingness to travel internationally to support Business Groups, workshops, and project activities.
Fluent English required; German is a plus.
