Coordinate and attend service reviews alongside relevant Reed stakeholders.
Gather client feedback, testimonials, and case studies to support future business development.
Support sales and marketing initiatives by promoting client engagement through webinars, events, and hospitality opportunities.
Build awareness of future contract renewals, re-tenders, and strategic growth opportunities.
Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of client engagement activity through Power BI and internal systems.

Excellent networking, influencing, and communication abilities.
