Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will define architecture strategies, guide development teams, and drive modernization initiatives across cloud-native platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade applications
Lead microservices architecture using Spring Boot & REST APIs
Define scalability, performance, and security standards
Drive cloud adoption (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Architect distributed systems & event-driven platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and DevOps teams
Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical governance
Mentor senior developers and ensure best practices
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Ensure compliance with security & regulatory standards
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Java (8/11/17/21)
Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate
Experience in Microservices & RESTful APIs
Hands-on with Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
Strong understanding of system design & distributed architecture
Messaging systems: Kafka / RabbitMQ
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
Experience with API Gateway, Security (OAuth2, JWT)
Nice to Have
Domain experience in Banking / Healthcare / Retail / Insurance
Experience in Event-driven architecture
Integrating AI/ML models into Java-based applications through REST APIs or microservices.
Familiarity with Python and common machine learning concepts.
Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered application development.
Knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
Exposure to GraphQL, Reactive Programming
