Azure Infrastructure administration
Management of Virtual Machines (VMs), SQL Server, Azure Gateway
VPN connectivity management, including SonicWall firewall experience
Windows Active Directory hosted on Azure
Azure File Shares and Azure Backup administration
Aruba Switches and Aruba ClearPass management
Microsoft 365 administration:
Exchange Online
Microsoft Teams
Entra ID (Azure AD)
OneDrive & SharePoint
Teams Calling & Direct Routing
Endpoint Management using Intune (MDM)
Security solutions management:
Mimecast Email Security
CrowdStrike Endpoint Protection
Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure support experience
