About The Role
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to manage and execute email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating email campaigns, managing email lists, tracking campaign performance, and improving engagement through effective email marketing strategies.
Candidates with experience in virtual assistance or accounting services will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to engage prospective and existing clients.
Draft clear, engaging, and professional email content aligned with campaign objectives.
Manage email lists, segmentation, and contact databases to ensure targeted communication.
Schedule and send email campaigns while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
Monitor key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, email content, and campaign performance.
Maintain email marketing databases and ensure data accuracy.
Follow email marketing best practices and applicable email communication regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams to align email campaigns with business and lead-generation goals.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing or a related field.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign management platforms.
Good written communication and content drafting skills.
Basic understanding of email campaign analytics and performance tracking.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in virtual assistance or accounting services will be preferred.
Educational Qualification: Open to candidates from any educational background.
