As our Coding Auditor & Educator, you will utilize advanced ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT-4 coding systems to support the facility and Coding Service Center, answer coding questions, and promote standardized, compliant coding practices. Every day you will onboard and train new staff, perform coding audits, develop and deploy coding education, monitor and communicate regulatory coding/billing changes, and participate in strategic planning.
