Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services to create effective technical solutions that address various challenges and meet organizational goals. The work spans multiple disciplines including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight, ensuring that solutions are robust and aligned with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements.
Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
Continuously evaluate and improve engineering methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 3D Designing.
Strong understanding of structural and stress analysis principles relevant to engineering design.
Experience with configuration management and technical documentation practices.
Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic knowledge to develop practical engineering solutions.
Familiarity with qualification processes and technical management within engineering projects.
Competence in using engineering software tools to support design and analysis activities.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in 3D Designing.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
