As a Senior Brand Stewardship Specialist, you will make a meaningful contribution to the effective work of P&G brand teams by ensuring operational accuracy and compliance with company requirements. You will be responsible for purchase order administration, supporting-document verification, and product sample shipment coordination—activities that directly support business growth and the successful execution of brand projects.
A key part of your role will be translating P&G policies into clear, practical ways of working: tracking updates, training employees and agencies, checking compliance and driving issue resolution. Validate the basis for goods and services receipts and record receipts against POs within delegated authority, ensuring accurate amounts, timing and supporting evidence.
Resolve discrepancies and operational issues with Brand Managers, agencies, Finance and Purchases, tracking them through to resolution.
Review applicable P&G policies, monitor updates and translate changes into operational requirements including local legislation coordination.
Develop and deliver training for employees across the organization and for agencies on applicable policies, documentation requirements and internal controls.
Conduct sample-based compliance reviews of agency and internal processes, document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidance materials, checklists and templates.
Coordinate readiness for Control Self-Assessments (CSA) and audits, including evidence collection, engagement with control owners and action-plan tracking.
Report on operational performance, risks, training completion and remediation progress; identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes.

Monthly salary starting from 150,000 RUB gross monthly
Unique flexible benefit program Flex4Me for your wellbeing – 10,000 RUB net monthly
Medical, travel, and life insurance
Sick and parental leaves paid up to the full salary

Access to P&G’s global comprehensive training portfolio
Relocation support in case of relocation >50 km from the place of permanent residence
Access to the corporate provider of discounts and many more
Job Qualifications
The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to location with the company's support)
Any higher education degree (up to 3 years after graduation)
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ability to identify inconsistencies
Ability to translate policies and procedures into clear actions
Strong communication and training skills, including effective agency collaboration and constructive challenge
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and drive issues to resolution
Proficiency in Excel and office tools
Would be an advantage: experience includes marketing operations, financial administration or internal controls, working in FMCG, marketing or media agencies, purchasing or ERP systems, audits or CSAs, SOP development, training delivery, and Coupa or similar internal control systems
Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
