Experience range-8 to 10 Yrs
Location-Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata
Key Responsibility:-
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, mentor, and guide AWS Senior and Junior DevOps Engineers.
Conduct code reviews, technical reviews, and architectural assessments.
Foster engineering best practices and drive continuous learning within the team.
Collaborate closely with AWS Architects, EIP teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Cloud & DevOps Engineering
Design, implement, and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
Drive CI/CD implementation, automation, and deployment standardization across projects.
Ensure high standards of reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Enterprise Integration & Standardization
Gain complete understanding of applications and Enterprise Integration Frameworks (Informa Boilerplate).
Review and analyze current scope, HLD, LLD, infrastructure, and codebase.
Drive Unity Processes and standardization initiatives across the platform landscape.
Recommend and implement reusable frameworks, accelerators, and automation solutions.
Architecture & Governance
Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.
Provide guidance on:
Security enhancements
Performance optimization
Productivity improvements
Reusability of components
Cost optimization
Automation opportunities
Evaluate multiple implementation approaches and recommend best-fit solutions.
Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Management
Participate in Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Collaborate proactively with development, architecture, security, and operations teams.
Consolidate updates and prepare Weekly Status Reports (WSR).
Ensure effective communication across business and technical stakeholders.
