The Role
We are looking for an experienced biller to join our team! As an Automotive Biller at Huntington Hyundai & Genesis you play a crucial role in the sales and finance process of every vehicle transaction, ensuring deals are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
Your Impact
The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:
Billing all new and pre-owned retail and lease deliveries
Verifying costs and transaction details for each vehicle sale
Receiving and processing all paperwork from the F&I department
Ensuring all vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted
Maintaining compliance with required documentation, regulations, and standards
Managing records and preparing forms and reports as needed
Communicating effectively with the sales, accounting, and finance teams
Providing additional administrative support as needed
Performing other duties as assigned
Who You Are
Strong DMV knowledge, with the ability to verify and separate deals
Prior billing experience at an automotive dealership required
ORLS experience a plus
Punctual, reliable, and dependable
Flexible schedule, including availability to work Saturdays
Attentive, welcoming, and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
