Poniak Labs is looking for a hands-on Applied AI & Platform Engineer to work across our AI platform, Poniak.ai, and enterprise/industrial AI projects for manufacturing and engineering clients.
The role combines full-stack engineering, AI systems, data engineering, platform development, and cloud deployment.

We are looking for someone who can understand a problem, design the technical approach, and build working solutions end-to-end across AI, backend, frontend, data, and cloud.
This role is suited to someone comfortable working in an early-stage environment where the work may span both product/platform development and client-facing enterprise AI implementations.
Location requirement: Candidate should be based in Bhubaneswar or willing to relocate before joining.
