Role Description The Client Servicing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with key clients and ensuring smooth delivery of advertising and communication projects. This role involves understanding client objectives, briefing internal creative and strategy teams, coordinating timelines, and monitoring project progress to meet quality and budget expectations. The Client Servicing Manager will address client queries, prepare presentations and reports, and proactively suggest solutions and opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing approvals, and ensuring clear, consistent communication between clients and the agency.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
Experience in advertising, marketing, or media account management, preferably in an agency environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Comfort working on-site in Kochi and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a client-first mindset.
