JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to join our Supply Chain Team. Inventory Control Leads will help to oversee cycle count processes, inventory recording and accuracy. They will support our Material handlers in supplying other Cresco departments with all the materials required to complete their tasks.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Ensure inventory records are always accurate
Assist in managing State inventory system
Maintains accurate records to record inventory changes, including transfers and cycle counts
Research and reconcile count variances to determine root cause
Assists in the implementation of procedures to prevent errors
Follow state guidelines to maintain an accurate physical inventory and ensure the integrity of facility records
Ensures bulk material & finished goods are physically & systemically accurate within state inventory system.
Follow a Master Schedule of Production and Packaging inventory to ensure the shelf-life quality of all perishable stock items.
Receive excess materials back from production at the end of a run, accurately recording quantities or weights and storing in the proper location
Accurately recording weights of all product going to Packaging department
Assist in the receiving of goods, stocking shelves and keeping inventory of all packaging
