Key Responsibilities
Assemble and sub-assemble parts and products according to instructions.
Pick up and deliver parts and tools as needed.
Use scales, gauges, and other measuring instruments to verify products meet specifications.
Read and follow simple drawings and work instructions.
Pack finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Follow all safety and quality standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, understand, and follow simple drawings and instructions.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to use measuring instruments, including scales and gauges.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable and punctual.
Ability to perform moderate physical work, including occasional heavy lifting.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Work in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Stand, walk, and move throughout the workday.
Lift heavy items occasionally, in accordance with safety guidelines.
