About the Role
We are looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications, backend services, cloud-native solutions, and AI-enabled applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in modern frontend development, backend API engineering, databases, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices. Experience integrating AI capabilities such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agentic workflows will be an advantage.
We welcome candidates with a strong backend specialization in either Python or Node.js, provided they have practical full-stack development experience and can work effectively across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js, or related frontend technologies.
Build and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Python with FastAPI/Flask, or Node.js with Express.js.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, databases, authentication systems, and enterprise platforms.
Design and optimize relational databases, SQL queries, schemas, data models, and application integrations.
Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS, Microsoft Azure, or comparable cloud platforms.
Work with containerization, orchestration, automated deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
Implement secure authentication and authorization, API validation, error handling, and application security best practices.
Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain clean, modular, reusable code.
Troubleshoot production issues, improve application performance, and contribute to monitoring, reliability, and operational support.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, cloud engineers, and data teams in an Agile environment.
Where applicable, integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI agent workflows into enterprise applications.
Required Skills
7–12 years of overall software development experience, with substantial hands-on full-stack engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience building frontend applications with React.js, Vue.js, or a comparable modern framework.
Strong hands-on expertise in at least one backend stack:
Python with FastAPI, Flask, or Django; or
Node.js with Express.js.
Practical experience designing, building, consuming, and troubleshooting REST APIs.
Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals, including schema design, joins, query optimization, and data modelling.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Working knowledge of Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production deployment practices.
Experience with secure application development, debugging, performance optimization, and enterprise integration patterns.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with both Python and Node.js/Express.js.
TypeScript, React.js, Vue.js, PrimeVue, or similar component-based UI technologies.
FastAPI, asynchronous programming, microservices, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems.
AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.
Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Azure Databricks.
Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, infrastructure as code, and blue-green or canary deployments.
PostgreSQL, Redis, caching, and database performance tuning.
OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, JWT, SSO, and enterprise identity providers.
AI/GenAI technologies including LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and agentic AI patterns.
Data integration, ETL/ELT workflows, data pipelines, Snowflake, or related data platforms.
Automated testing tools, static analysis, observability, logging, and monitoring.
Experience supporting enterprise applications through development, deployment, and production operations.

We value depth in one backend stack, practical frontend capability, cloud and deployment experience, and a strong understanding of software quality and production reliability. Experience with a second backend stack, additional cloud platforms, or AI-enabled applications will strengthen the profile.
