Marketing Manager, Food & Beverage
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the complete F&B story at Haven - the one that gets guests and owners excited to visit our venues. You'll own the creative journey, from inspiring digital campaigns and menus to on-park signage and app experiences that reflect the genuine passion our teams deliver. Whether you're coordinating shoots, collaborating with operations, or crafting multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness and guest spend - this role is about making F&B feel essential to a brilliant Haven break. What you will be doing:
- Shaping the F&B story - Leading the annual marketing calendar and strategy with central ops and the brand team, spotting opportunities and ensuring campaigns drive both awareness and real commercial wins.
- Owning the creative vision - Driving compelling creative across all channels (POS, menus, digital, social) that showcase our food, venues and teams in a way that genuinely resonates with guests and owners.
- Turning insights into action - Collaborating with ops and F&B teams to translate business objectives into guest-facing campaigns, whilst staying on top of dining trends and market movements to keep things fresh.
- Collaborating brilliantly - Building strong relationships across the business – from park managers to insights teams – and work closely with creative and production agencies to brief, refine and deliver integrated campaigns that feel authentically Haven.
- Keeping it real - Ensuring all F&B communications stay on-brand, maintain our “Real. Human. Joy.” tone, and reflect Haven's quality and values across every touchpoint.
What we’d like you to bring:
- Integrated marketing expertise - you understand creative briefing inside out, can translate business objectives into compelling briefs, and have a strong grasp of both print production and digital channels (web, app, on-park screens).
- Agency partnership skills - You've worked effectively with creative and production partners, can brief clearly, give constructive feedback, and maintain high standards throughout delivery.
- A creative eye with meticulous attention to detail - You spot what works (and what doesn't), and bring precision to everything from copy and design to production – nothing slips through the net.
- Brilliant at collaboration and communication - You're the glue between teams, comfortable managing upwards, laterally and across the business. You're a natural communicator who keeps people informed, builds relationships at every level, and brings stakeholders along on the journey with warmth and clarity.
- Significant marketing experience (ideally in food and beverage marketing -You're comfortable with budgets and numbers, understand how marketing drives commercial outcomes, can translate insights into creative concepts, and bring energy and ideas that inspire teams to do their best work
