Senior Creative Project Manager
Senior Marketing Project Manager 1 (M)
Job title: Senior Creative Project Manager
Location: Leeds
Overview of the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our Content and Creative Services team. We deliver best-in-class design, creative and content tailored to each channel to inspire play and grow PokerStars’ audiences.
This is a senior, highly organised role that sits at the centre of our operations. You’ll act as the key link between stakeholders, regional partners and internal creative teams, ensuring projects are clearly scoped, resourced and delivered effectively.
You will lead a small team, govern processes and ways of working, and drive clarity and consistency across all briefs. You’ll also remain hands-on, overseeing key campaigns from brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and approvals are managed effectively.
Working closely with the Production Executive, you’ll form part of the wider production management function, supporting delivery across live streams, TV, social content and campaigns.
This role is accountable for ensuring projects are set up for success— with clear ownership, realistic timelines and strong communication throughout. You’ll be proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role follows a hybrid working model, combining time at home with time in our Leeds office.
Our Leeds office is at the heart of our business, featuring an on-site gym, cafeteria, rooftop terraces and collaborative spaces that bring our teams together.

Project & Campaign Management
Oversee the intake and triage of all briefs into Creative Services
Ensure projects are correctly scoped, resourced and scheduled before work begins
Partner with the Production Executive on budget approvals where required
Own key campaigns end-to-end, setting the standard for delivery across the team
Manage resource allocation and adjust priorities as needed
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, regional partners and internal teams
Maintain clear, proactive communication on progress, priorities and risks
Act as the central point of contact, ensuring alignment across all parties
Support creative teams in navigating partner requirements and
expectations
People Management
Lead and develop a small, high-impact team
Provide regular feedback, coaching and performance management
Foster an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
Manage team workload, resource planning and priorities to ensure successful delivery
Workflow & Process Improvement
Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, clarity and output quality
Ensure smooth handovers between teams at each stage of delivery
Lead project debriefs, capturing learnings and driving continuous improvement
Risk Management
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues before they impact delivery
What you’ll bring:
Essential
Proven years’ project management experience in a creative or design environment
Strong understanding of creative and production workflows across multiple disciplines
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday, Workfront)
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
