Job Description:
Job Role: Senior IAM / IGA Solution Architect
Experience: 12+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IAM assessments and define target-state identity architecture.
Design authoritative identity source, identity-provider strategy, persona and lifecycle models.
Design JML, third-party and contractor identity processes.
Define roles, entitlements, access requests, approvals, certifications and SoD controls.
Architect and configure solutions using Microsoft Entra ID Governance, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or equivalent.
Define and, when needed, implement integrations with AD, Entra ID, Google Workspace, HR systems and enterprise applications.
Produce HLD/LLD, integration designs, workflows and implementation roadmaps.
Support hands-on configuration, connector setup, workflow creation, troubleshooting, testing and PoCs where required.
Lead customer workshops and provide technical guidance to implementation engineers.
Involvement in Enterprise identity architecture, identity lifecycle management, third-party identity governance, multi-role access and IGA tooling.
Good in Configuration, Integration, Troubleshooting, PoCs and Implementation.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong enterprise IAM / IGA architecture experience and implementation experience.
Hands-on implementation experience, not just advisory/design.
Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID Governance.
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow or equivalent IGA platform.
Active Directory.
JML and identity lifecycle management.
RBAC, roles, entitlements, access reviews and certifications.
Third-party / non-employee identity management.
SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP, REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.
Experience configuring IAM/IGA workflows, connectors and integrations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
Strong customer-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Good to Have:
CyberArk PAM / CyberArk Identity experience
Google Workspace / Cloud Identity.
ServiceNow / ITSM integration.
SIEM / security monitoring integration
Ideal Candidate:
A hands-on enterprise IAM / IGA architect who can move comfortably between whiteboarding architecture, producing design artefacts and getting directly involved in configuration, integration and troubleshooting when needed.
