Anti‑Pesto Bug Killers
Pest Control Service Manager – Tampa Branch
Location: Tampa, FL
Employment Type: Full‑Time, Salaried
Reports To: Executive Leadership
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance bonuses + full benefits package
Be the Leader Who Shapes the Future of Anti‑Pesto Tampa
Anti‑Pesto Bug Killers has protected Tampa Bay homes since 1988, but our real legacy is our people. We’re a family owned, 5‑star rated company built on integrity, safety, and doing whatever it takes to make sure our customers are satisfied. As we continue to grow, we’re opening the door for a high caliber Service Manager to take the reins of our Tampa branch and lead our technicians into the next era of excellence.
This role exists because our current Service Manager is stepping into a larger strategic position. We need someone who can own the day to day, elevate the team, and ensure our service operations run with precision, pride, and professionalism.
If you’re a leader who thrives on coaching people, improving systems, and building a culture where technicians feel valued, supported, and motivated, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Lead
Team Leadership & Coaching
Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of service technicians. You’ll run meetings, conduct ride alongs, provide coaching, and ensure every tech feels supported and equipped to succeed.
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily service operations, routing efficiency, scheduling, quality control, and customer satisfaction. You’ll ensure the branch runs smoothly, safely, and profitably.
Culture & Accountability
Uphold Anti‑Pesto’s values: Growth.Respect.Integrity.Exceptional Service.Family. Create a positive, disciplined, growth‑oriented environment where technicians take pride in their work and customers feel the difference.
Training & Development
Implement safety training, continuing education, and skill‑building programs. You’ll ensure every technician is confident, compliant, and capable.
Customer Experience Oversight
Support escalations, resolve service issues, and maintain our 5‑star reputation. You’ll be the calm, professional voice that ensures customers feel heard and taken care of.
Compliance & Safety
Maintain strict adherence to Florida regulations, Anti‑Pesto safety standards, and all licensing requirements. You’ll champion safe practices in the field and in the branch.
Branch Performance & KPIs
Track productivity, quality metrics, retention, service completion rates, and customer satisfaction. You’ll identify trends, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
What Makes Anti‑Pesto Different
Most companies hire managers to “run a branch.”
We hire leaders to build a legacy.
At Anti‑Pesto, you’ll have:
A family‑owned culture where leadership is accessible, supportive, and invested in your success.
A company that keeps its promises… to customers and employees.
A team that takes pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way.
A brand with 38 years of trust in Tampa Bay.
A leadership team that encourages innovation, autonomy, and professional growth.
A workplace where technicians feel valued, respected, and excited to come to work.
We don’t want to be a good place to work.
We want to be the place people want to work.
What You Bring
Proven leadership experience in pest control or a similar service‑based industry
Strong coaching, communication, and people development skills
Ability to manage operations, routing, scheduling, and field performance
High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly
Strong problem solving skills and a calm, professional demeanor
