Graphic Designer

Role Description The Graphic Designer will work on-site at the Paywint office in Malappuram in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and development teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual assets for the app interface, marketing campaigns, social media, and web content, ensuring consistency with Paywint’s brand identity. The role involves developing logos and iconography, refining typography for digital interfaces, and producing graphics that communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and user-friendly way. The Graphic Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, translate creative briefs into design concepts, and iterate based on feedback and user insights. The position also requires preparing production-ready files, maintaining design libraries, and aligning all visuals with accessibility and usability standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with a solid portfolio of digital and marketing assets.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across products and campaigns.
Candidates should possess Typography skills to create clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced text treatments for digital interfaces and collateral.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and familiarity with design systems and UI components.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience designing for fintech, mobile apps, or technology products is a plus, as well as knowledge of UX principles and accessibility guidelines.
