Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills, including diagnosing, resolving, and documenting complex Citrix-related issues.
Candidates should possess hands-on expertise with Citrix Products, such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace, and related management tools.
Candidates should possess experience with PVS (Provisioning Services) and related configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning activities.
Candidates should possess solid Infrastructure skills, including Windows Server administration, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), networking fundamentals, and storage concepts.
Relevant skills such as scripting or automation (PowerShell), understanding of IAM and security best practices, and experience in enterprise or managed services environments are beneficial.
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and effective collaboration with cross-functional technical and security teams.
Professional certifications (e.g., Citrix CCA/CCP, Microsoft, or security-related certifications) and prior experience as a Citrix Engineer or similar role are preferred.
