Your role as Key Account Manager
You own the relationship with our hosts in Czechia and Slovakia — your goal is that they stay with Flatio, rent more and grow with us.
Account management: look after a portfolio of hosts, review their results with them regularly, and help them improve their listings and accept more bookings.
Retention: spot hosts who are starting to drift away (rejecting requests, switching off listings, going quiet) and act before they leave.
Recovery: win back hosts who stopped renting with Flatio — understand why they left and bring them back.
New hosts: support hosts in their first months — through their first bookings and contracts — and turn that start into a long-term relationship.
Voice of the host: share what you hear from hosts so we can improve the product and our processes.
What we're looking for
Must-haves
Fluent Czech and English
Confident on the phone, in online meetings and by e-mail
Able to work as self-employed (živnostenský list)
Nice-to-haves
Slovak — strongly preferred, as you will also cover the Slovak market
Experience in account management, customer success or client retention
Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack and Google Workspace
What we offer
49 000 Kč (€2,000) / month base + up to 12 300 Kč (€500) / month in commissions
Full-time remote role, flexible hours
Renewable 12-month contract
