Job Summary and key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Romans are seeking a Property Management Administrator to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Camberley.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity
Booking of property visits
Corresponding with customers via both phone and email
Data entry – both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office
Imputing data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard
Photocopying, scanning and filing
Running errands within and outside of the office
Taking and transcribing meeting minutes.

Excellent communication, written and verbal
Professional telephone manner
Organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
Full UK Driving License Required
