What You’ll Do
As a Clinical RN Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of field nurses & Clinicians (PT/OT & SLP's) to deliver top-quality care
Conduct supervisory and assessment visits for adult and geriatric clients
Oversee clinical quality, compliance, and patient outcomes
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of nursing staff
Facilitate in-services and continuous education for your team
Collaborate closely with office leadership to drive operational success
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Active Virginia RN license in good standing
Minimum 2+ years of RN experience
Recent experience in a Medicare-certified home health setting
Strong knowledge of OASIS, case management, and quality assurance
Supervisory or leadership experience
Preferred:
Background in home health, acute care, med/surg, or sub-acute settings
Key Traits:
Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
Confident communicator and team leader
Self-motivated with a desire to grow into higher leadership roles

Salary: $90,000- $98,000/ year depending on qualifications
