About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Job Description:
The Senior Director drives best practice and measurement strategy across all attribution work while enabling the broader delivery team. This is mastery of the Director role plus the practice-level and commercial scope that leads toward VP: owning architecture standards, the innovation pipeline, and the senior client and partner relationships that set the team's remit. Because it is the bridge role, it carries the standard six dimensions and three practice-leadership scopes.
Primary focus:
Own all new model builds and day-to-day leadership of the team; set architecture standards alongside the Director/AD; accountable for delivery across the practice.
Key responsibilities:
Owns the project plan across engagements: what is built, by whom, by when
Approves the modeling decisions AD-level members escalate; guide when they are unsure
Serves as final technical authority on how Measurement Engine solutions connect into a coherent framework
Owns final output sign-off before anything is client-facing; ensure quality, accuracy, and dependability
Manages packaging of multiple solution outputs into a clear, comprehensive client storyline
Creates growth recommendations for attribution scope with realistic value reasoning; support new-business development
Recruits and retain high performers; mentor junior people-managers; run the internal cross-team conversations that unblock builds
Surfaces scope and expansion signals to the Sr. Director rather than owning them
Understands the client’s business and develops innovative problem-solving approaches; presents deliverables that articulate business value/impact
Creates recommendations for growth in Attribution needs and provides realistic reasoning to the value of the growth within the Measurement Engine framework
Participates in creating new business resources and development (new and existing accounts)
Recruits/retains high-performing individuals and mentors junior people managers
Enables Sr. Directors/VPs to easily be aware of current and future client needs and maintains history of what was accomplished over time
Surfaces scope and expansion signals to the Sr. Director rather than owning them
Provides thought leadership as attribution-domain SME, internally and for clients; author case studies, white papers, and POVs
Define project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies with cross-functional teams
Work with ME and Data Viz to craft templated assets for standardized outputs and strong storylines
Partner with DGS leadership on day-to-day technical delivery; cover delivery overflow; mentor Directors on coordination and delivery
Technical skills:
Sets tooling and coding standards for the practice
Python/Databricks Expert, hands-on optional
