M&A Supply Project Leader

What you will experience in this position:
· Lead sourcing workstreams for acquisitions, divestitures and business separations from diligence through integration.
· Assess supplier contracts, commercial obligations and operational risks, and develop transition plans.
· Manage contract assignments, consents, change-of-control requirements, TSA activities and Day 1 readiness.
· Drive supplier onboarding, integration, rationalization and ERP-related sourcing activities.
· Identify and track sourcing synergies, stranded costs, business continuity risks and integration milestones.
· Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, IT, Finance, business leaders and category teams to deliver transaction objectives.
· Provide clear governance and executive reporting across the M&A lifecycle.
You have:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain or Vendor Management.
· Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs or large-scale business transformations.
· Strong contract negotiation, supplier management and cross-functional project leadership skills.
· Ability to influence and collaborate across global teams in a matrix organization.
· Experience with ERP integrations, indirect sourcing, technology or professional services is preferred.
· PMP, CPSM or a related professional certification is preferred.

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
$76,000.00 - $141,100.00
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
