As our Medical Records Professional, you will ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of patient health information, meticulously managing records in compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies. Every day you will accurately process, retrieve, and maintain patient medical records (electronic and paper). You will manage requests for Protected Health Information (PHI) ensuring strict HIPAA compliance, and play a key role in ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and proper indexing of health information within the EHR system.
