Educational Qualifications: -
Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Experience Level
Minimum: 10+ years in software testing and automation
Relevant SME Experience: 5 7 years Manual testing with healthcare
Preferred: 2 3 years in Practice Management(hospital management system) and managing test strategy and delivery
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing of Healthcare domain
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
Solid understanding of STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Experience in leading small teams and managing test deliverables
API testing experience using RestAssured or Postman
Good To Have Skills
Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)
Familiarity with cloud-based test execution platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
ISTQB or equivalent certification

Manage and mentor a team of test engineers
