Role Description The AI and Manufacturing Transformation Manager internship role is an on-site position based in Goregaon. The intern will support the design and implementation of AI-driven improvements across manufacturing operations, including data collection, process mapping, and performance analysis. Day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams to identify bottlenecks, document workflows, and assist in creating digital dashboards or automation concepts. The role includes monitoring project timelines, tracking progress of transformation initiatives, and preparing reports and presentations for leadership. The intern will also help ensure alignment between AI tools, manufacturing standards, and the company’s sustainability and quality objectives.

Pursuing or holding a degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency with spreadsheets or data visualization tools, and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site, communicate clearly with manufacturing teams, and document processes systematically.
