Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect (f/m/x)

Join the project being implemented for the financial sector. The goal is to develop and standardize the ServiceNow platform on an enterprise scale, with an emphasis on architecture, security, and regulatory compliance. The role involves designing cross-module solutions and defining standards and best practices. The most interesting aspect of the project is the opportunity to shape the global architecture of ServiceNow, including the use of AI (GenAI) and automation.
Your tasks
Defining and developing the architecture of the ServiceNow platform in line with the business strategy
Designing scalable solutions including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM, and integrations
Establishing architectural standards, patterns, and documentation, and supporting teams in delivery
Collaborating with stakeholders (Platform Owner, Product Owner, Enterprise Architect) on governance and security
Building a cohesive ITSM model and optimizing processes through automation
Requirements
Min. 5 years of experience in the ServiceNow area (architecture/development/implementations)
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CMA; CTA preferred) and experience working in a regulated environment
Experience in designing secure integrations and solutions for organizations with high compliance requirements
Very good command of English – minimum B2 level
Willingness to work in a remote model with business trips to Warsaw (once a month)
Nice to have
Intermediate level of German
