You'll work closely with the founding team, own critical engineering decisions, and help bring ambitious AI capabilities to life.
What You'll Do
Build From the Ground Up: Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, production-grade AI/ML systems.
Pioneer Agentic AI: Develop intelligent agents, LLM-powered workflows, and advanced automation capabilities.
Advance Document Intelligence: Build AI systems that understand, extract, reason over, and process complex documents and unstructured data.
Engineer for Scale: Design robust AI pipelines, model integrations, APIs, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Own the Full Lifecycle: Take ideas from experimentation and prototyping through production deployment and optimization.
Shape the Future: Influence technical architecture, engineering standards, and the long-term AI roadmap alongside the founders.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of professional software engineering, AI/ML, or related experience building production systems.
Strong expertise in Python, machine learning, and modern AI frameworks.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, NLP, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
Experience developing AI agents, intelligent workflows, or model orchestration systems.
Strong understanding of backend engineering, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design.
Experience deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI applications in production.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move quickly, solve ambiguous problems, and take complete ownership.
Highly Valued: Experience with document intelligence, agentic AI, multimodal models, workflow automation, or early-stage startups.
