Job Description:
We are looking for our next Employer Branding Specialist LATAM to join our team at Mars!
Are you passionate about storytelling, creating eye-catching content, and bringing an employer brand to life? At Mars, we are going through an exciting transformation, and we need your talent to elevate our employer brand strategy across Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Colombia.
What you will do in this role:
Social Media Strategy: Design and execute engaging content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Creative Storytelling: Turn passive followers into active, passionate candidates through powerful visual and written stories.
Talent Attraction: Lead creative campaigns and email marketing initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies, local HR teams, and business leaders to align and boost our brand.
Employee Advocacy: Become the voice of Mars by managing our internal brand ambassadors program.
What we are looking for:
Proven Experience: Practical background in managing social media channels and driving Employer Branding campaigns.
Tech & Design Savvy: Hands-on experience with design and editing tools like Canva and CapCut.
Collaboration: Strong skills in managing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Creative Mindset: A passion for experimentation, keeping up with digital trends, and trying out new ideas.
Languages: Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with exceptional communication skills in both.
