LMI is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to support a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) engagement focused on advancing Agile delivery practices, improving team-level Jira use, and strengthening performance measurement through a Program Value Office (PVO). This role will assess existing ways of working, coach teams and leaders, build practical improvement plans, and develop training that supports sustainable adoption. The Senior Agile Coach will apply a principles-first, context-sensitive approach across Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other Lean-Agile methods, selecting practices that fit the VA mission, team maturity, and operating constraints rather than imposing a single framework.
