$2,000–$4,000/month base + up to 5% commission per deal
On-Target Earnings (Year 1): $120K+ (uncapped, high upside)

The Role
This is not a typical sales role.
This is a hunter + builder + leader position.
You will be responsible for:
Generating your own pipeline (outbound-first)
Closing high-value deals
Building and refining the sales system
Leveraging AI tools to operate at high speed with minimal support
You will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in shaping the future of the company’s growth.
Core Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation (Primary Focus)
Proactively source and generate leads through outbound (DMs, email, partnerships, events)
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities in the health & wellness space
Sales & Closing
Run discovery and sales calls with both outbound and inbound leads
Present clear, compelling proposals
Own the full closing process from first touch to signed agreement
AI-Driven Execution
Use AI tools to operate efficiently with minimal support:
CRM management and pipeline tracking
Outreach messaging and personalization
One-pagers, proposals, and sales materials
Simple landing pages or funnels
Continuously improve workflows using AI and automation
System Building & Leadership
Help refine and scale the sales process
Bring ideas to improve conversion, messaging, and positioning
Take ownership of revenue targets and sales performance
Evolve into a leadership role as the sales team grows
Client Transition
Ensure smooth handoff to onboarding
Support light relationship management for retention and upsells
