We're looking for a Clinical Talent Partner to join us for a fixed-term (3-6 months) to help grow our clinical team - attracting and securing exceptional nurses and doctors, all while creating an epic candidate experience that reflects who we are as a business.
What you’ll do
On a day-to-day basis you will:
Own clinical hiring from briefing through to offer, delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every step
Build proactive sourcing strategies and nurture pipelines of clinical talent across specialties
Partner closely with clinical hiring managers to make sure job specs reflect real clinical and regulatory needs
Design and deliver standout onboarding experiences in partnership with our People team
Champion diversity, equity and inclusion at every stage of the hiring process
Build our employer brand and be a visible ambassador for us in the market
Experience you’ll bring
Our ideal candidate will have:
1-2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare, clinical or allied health hiring (agency or in-house)
Working knowledge of clinical registration and compliance requirements, or the aptitude and appetite to learn quickly
Comfort juggling a high volume of candidates and requisitions, with a sharp eye for detail
Understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline building
Experience/proficiency with TAS and using hiring metrics
