Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and emerging technologies in the design of future-state processes and ways of working, helping clients improve operational efficiency and customer and employee experiences.
Identify process gaps, risks and dependencies, and support testing, implementation and transition activities.
Take ownership of defined pieces of work and contribute to the successful delivery of broader transformation workstreams.
