Our firm specializes in pioneering pathways for DACA recipients and foreign nationals to secure their green cards through career advancement and employment sponsorship. This position may require traveling to Phoenix, AZ.
This is not a traditional associate attorney position. The ideal candidate combines strong legal ability with polish, warmth, curiosity, and a genuine interest in business. In the long term, this person will independently run high-value consultations, develop strategies, maintain client and referral relationships, and represent the firm at international events.

and leading consultations
Can explain complex legal issues in plain, practical terms
Are comfortable building relationships with senior executives and entrepreneurs
Get energy from working directly with clients
Take initiative and move forward without needing detailed direction
Want to be a visible, client-facing attorney
