Cloud Engineering Senior Manager

Lead the Engineering team’s technical strategy, resource allocation, and development across the Growth, Public Sector, and Scale segments. Partner with sales leadership to align technical coverage with business priorities and maximize the impact of a presales team currently limited to one architect per segment.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate business needs. Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Key responsibilities
Define and execute technical engagement strategies in partnership with sales leadership.
Allocate architectural resources across customer opportunities, account development initiatives, and time-sensitive commitments.
Establish a structured technical engagement model that supports account development, pipeline generation, and consumption growth.
Collaborate with the Architecture team to address gaps in technical account coverage.
Develop the team through coaching, performance management, and clear ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.
Candidate profile
Experience leading presales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical teams.
Strong technical judgment and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable technical strategies.
Experience supporting complex enterprise accounts and navigating Public Sector procurement processes.
Demonstrated ability to allocate limited resources across competing priorities and meet fixed deadlines.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering with sales leaders, architects, and customer stakeholders.
A proven track record of developing teams and establishing effective operating models.
