Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Required Candidate Profile
5–6 years of hands-on experience in Windows/IIS application support or engineering.
Strong practical experience with IIS configuration, application deployment, authentication, authorization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Strong SQL scripting and troubleshooting capabilities.
Good PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
Good understanding of JavaScript and asynchronous API integrations.
Basic knowledge or hands on exposure to RSA Archer is desirable and considered a niche skill.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience handling production incidents and complex technical issues.
Ability to analyze logs across IIS, Windows, applications, databases, and integrations.
Good understanding of application to database and application to API connectivity.
Ability to work effectively with application, infrastructure, database, network, security, and vendor teams.
