We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure and asset management professional to oversee service delivery, strengthen configuration management, and drive operational excellence across enterprise IT environments. In this role, you will lead end-to-end service delivery, monitor key performance indicators, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will bring deep expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB) administration, and ServiceNow-based solutions to ensure accurate asset data and reliable service operations. Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams, you will improve governance, optimize processes, and maintain compliance with operational standards. You will also oversee audits, reporting, and service improvement activities while ensuring that policies and documentation remain current.
