This is a role for driven, persuasive professionals who enjoy connecting with people, overcoming objections, and delivering results in a performance-focused sales environment.
How You'll Shine
Answer inbound calls from prospective customers interested in vacation opportunities and ownership experiences.
Build rapport quickly and confidently guide conversations toward vacation package sales.
Identify customer needs and present compelling travel offers that create excitement and value.
Navigate objections and use consultative sales techniques to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Meet and exceed individual sales and productivity goals.
Participate in coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings to continuously improve performance.
Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong customer focus combined with a sales-oriented mindset.
Ability to confidently overcome objections and close opportunities.
Comfortable working toward individual performance metrics and goals.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
