Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and delivery expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
Strong knowledge of time management processes within SAP SuccessFactors and their application in business environments.
Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology-driven business changes.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Capable of driving innovation and applying emerging ideas to practical delivery scenarios.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
