Associate Full-Stack Software Engineer

Position Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software.
Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
Work across the full stack throughout the software development lifecycle.
Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
Develop and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS.
Design and maintain automated front-end and API tests.
Use AI coding tools to improve development efficiency, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
Follow Git-based development workflows and participate in code reviews.
Troubleshoot technical and production issues.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile team.
Key Skills:
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Strong communication, learning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, and GraphQL or gRPC.
Experience with ReactJS.
Experience with backend test automation (UT, BDD), frontend AT tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium is plus.
Experience using AI coding tools, such as GitHub Copilot or similar tools.
Ability to use AI tools responsibly for coding, debugging, testing, and technical documentation.
Good knowledge of Git, including branching, merging, pull requests, code reviews, and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience with microservices and CI/CD practices
Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. .
Experience with Kafka, MQ, or other event-driven systems is a plus.
